Diosdado “DJ” P. Bajet Jr.

 “Agrostudies is the bridge towards success, it is an amazing opportunity”

Bajet is a very happy and passionate individual with positive energy who is seeking to learn new skills and develop networks with other farmers. Bajet is a student in Tel Hai campus and an intern in a fruit trees farm in the Northern part of Israel and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering.

“I heard about Agrostudies when I was in college- a program for Agricultural education in Israel. It was my dream to be part of the international training. I am so very grateful that I am now a part of the program. I learned a lot of knowledge and new techniques in modern agriculture and also the importance of time and hard work”. 

Bajet shares that he really enjoyed the learning in school with their supportive and approachable professors, “They are very willing to help us students to add more knowledge and new developed skills”.

He adds that the campus was his bonding place with his friends from different farms.

Bajet explains about his future plans when he goes back to the Philippines , he would like to build a vertical system of hydroponics, “I’m planning to introduce this modern agriculture to the young people and to my community.”

Bajet concludes, “My biggest dream is to be the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture in our country, the Philippines.I am grateful and proudly say that I am a product of Agrostudies.”
