One of the core principles of our program is to ensure that women have equal opportunities to participate and excel in the agricultural industry in their assigned farms. From the moment they join our program, female interns are encouraged to explore and engage in all facets of high-tech agriculture. Whether it’s precision farming, greenhouse management, dairy farming or agricultural robotics, our interns, regardless of gender, receive comprehensive training and practical experience in cutting-edge agricultural technologies.

A key component of our commitment to empowering women is our approach to farm placements. We believe in equal access to opportunities, which is why we ensure that female interns are placed in farms across Israel, alongside their male counterparts. This not only provides them with hands-on experience but also fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where they can thrive and grow professionally.
By actively involving women in the high-tech agricultural sector, we not only empower individuals but also contribute to the broader goal of achieving gender equality in the agricultural industry. Through mentorship, training, and exposure to innovative technologies, we equip women with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in this rapidly evolving field.

Moreover, by diversifying the talent pool in agriculture, we bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the table, driving innovation and sustainability forward. Empowering women isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s also essential for the future of agriculture.
As we continue to nurture the next generation of agricultural leaders, we remain steadfast in our commitment for equality and empowerment. Together, we are building a more inclusive and prosperous future for agriculture—one where women play a central role in driving innovation, productivity, and sustainability.
