DJIKOUTIKE Tampo Cyrille

Meet our graduate!

DJIKOUTIKE Tampo Cyrille, 23, Togo – Our graduate of batch 2022-2023

“Professionally, Agrostudies allowed me to deepen my practical knowledge, especially in irrigation, market gardening products, aquaponics and greenhouse cultivation.”

During his internship, Cyrille trained on a citrus farm and gained experience in avocado production at an avocado plantation. As a student for an Agriculture degree in the Institut National de Formation Agricole (INFA) de Tové, Cyrille received comprehensive practical training in various departments and aspects of Israeli farms.“I learned the process of growing avocados, from the fields to sale. I also learned how to install drip irrigation systems and how the irrigation head works from my great farm manager”.

Today in Togo, he has ventured into various sectors, including grain production and trade. His primary focus is on providing services related to farm installation, irrigation systems, and greenhouse construction. He is dedicated to all aspects of hydro-agricultural development and farm management, with particular expertise in promoting and installing advanced irrigation systems.

Cyrille shares that he has learned a lot not only professionally but also mentally:
“First of all <<Everything is possible to those who have will>>. Because I saw the desert in Jerusalem and if people can rest in the desert and produce, I tell myself that everything is possible in my life.
Second, Agrostudies allowed me to dream big. I was so impressed the first time I walked into the orchards, factories, campus and the tours I had. Everything was large, promoted and so organized. Since that first day I have dreamed big and I know that I will make these dreams come true one day, I am sure of it.”

While maintaining strong relationships with his farm managers, Agrostudies staff, and contacts made during his Agrostudies journey in Israel, Cyrille continues to dream big and work diligently to achieve his ambitions. “I envision creating an autonomous farm and establishing a Shea butter factory, aiming to both cultivate and process my products”.

“I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the entire management of Agrostudies for the knowledge they passed on to us and the love they showed us. A special thank you to Madam Adar the general manager, madam Danielle our campus manager and madam Yuval our coordinator who showed us love and support at all times and made us a family. Thank you to our amazing farm and farm manager who have always guided us and taught us a great deal of things, thank you for also being a family to us”
