With Oseis’ return she became a farm manager and Agronomist for “Farmer Nii”, a greenhouse vegetable farm, where she manages greenhouses and nurseries that grow vegetables for sale. She is also the founder and CEO of CosmoFarm Consult,a partner with Fountain Farm, and a member of Green World Flourishers, both of which are agribusinesses.

Oseis’ explain that her biggest dream is food security, to be able to contribute her part on that matter to her community, country, continent and the world at large, regardless of the challenges. She says ”I am always challenging myself with everything that my hands will find doing on the field of agriculture, or I am on the lookout for any organization that offers challenging opportunities for young professionals to contribute significantly to food security”

Oseis’ shares her experience in the program “I had a practical agricultural experience. It made me have a very different way of thinking as long as farming is concerned.” She explains that she was exposed to an international experience, where she learned lots about different cultures of different people, like food and language. “Through Agrostudies also, I built networks with other noble professionals, who have impacted and are still impacting my life though we are far from each other physically” ,She explains while mentioning she is still in contact with her economics lecturer Ariel Brosh and deem it a great honor to meet him.

“Farming is my passion, especially crop production, because I think my blood is green. I will continue to farm until there is no more seed to sow”
