Wilson Ofosu Otchere , Ghana
“I term it the three P’s. The PEOPLE, The PLACE and the PRACTICE.
Meet Wilson, a young, deeply passionate about agriculture student. “My focus is on offering agricultural solutions, including irrigation services and improved marketing structures for local farmers. I aspire to further my expertise in computer technology to integrate it into Ghana’s agricultural sector”
Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and is currently training on a dairy farm in the southern part of Israel, He shares “Agrostudies provides an opportunity for students to meet and interact with experts from various areas of Agriculture. Israel being a leading name in Agriculture provides all the needed infrastructure that helps students understand modern agriculture. Beyond classroom activities, students have the opportunity to practice what they are taught in their various farms”.
Among the training on the farm and the dreams about the future, Wilson shares about the experience on campus “Being among people from diverse cultures is such a great experience”.
And as for what the future holds,” I would like to roll out a vision that was conceived together with my group members in the business class. ‘DAMWEH IRRIGATION’ we call it, it is about providing affordable solar powered irrigation services for Ghanaian farmers“

a lot of exposure and the opportunity to work as an intern so I can earn enough money to start my own business.
I would like to thank my Coordinator; (Alumit), the Campus Manager (Shai) and my farm manager (Amin) for their great support and encouragement.”
